The Old Grain Store has been part of Bairnsdale for over 100 years. It was refurbished into a restaurant in 2016 and has  kept it's rustic charm.  Our restaurant offers guests a spectacular backdrop and an unparalleled dining experience. 

Here at The Old Grain Sore we can cater for any of your function requirements. We can cater for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, etc for up to 120 people. 

Our restaurant offers meals cooked in an open kitchen. The menu items may contain but are not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, onion, seafood and grains. At The Old Grain Store we take every step possible to eliminate the risk of cross contamination, but can not 100% guarantee our meals. 

At The Old Grain Store we pride ourselves on using as much local produce, food and wines as possible in our mouthwatering menu and grazing platters. 

Whether you are in for dinner and select a bottle of wine from our comprehensive wine list, or in for a cocktail with friends, our fully stocked bar will have everything you need. 

We regularly hold theme nights such as Oktoberfest and a Luau. So come along and join in the fun.

We offer a free courtesy bus. Minimum 2 people for Bairnsdale town, minimum 6 people for Paynesville, Eagle Point, Newlands Arm, Nicholson etc. Minimum 10 for Lakes Entrance and Stratford. To book please phone us on 5152 2100.
